1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or creating an account on Celestify Hub (accessible at yorgo.kabkab.com) or downloading software from our repositories, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (Conditions Générales d'Utilisation - CGU).

If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must terminate your session and refrain from utilizing our services.

2. User Accounts & Registration

• Eligibility: You must be an authorized natural person who has completed human verification verification. Automated scripts and bot registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify the administration immediately upon discovering unauthorized account activity.
• Account Lifecycle: Users can update their account credentials or permanently purge their data at any time directly through the in-hub settings modal.

3. Virtual XP & In-Game Simulation Wagers

Celestify Hub features simulated games, score wagers (e.g. Neon Horse Dash), and level progression systems. The following rules govern all virtual assets:

• No Real-World Value: In-game Experience Points (XP), player levels, and virtual betting tokens exist solely for amusement and arcade progression. They possess NO cash value, cannot be traded for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, goods, or real-world rewards.
• Non-Refundable & Simulated: Losses of XP incurred during gameplay wagers are final in-game calculations. There is no real-money gambling on this platform.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Cheat Protocols

Users must interact with the platform honorably. The following actions constitute severe violations:

• Attempting to bypass security controls, automated human verification, or session authentication gates.
• Employing automated bot crawlers, scrapers, exploit tools, or network denial-of-service (DDoS) instruments.
• Manipulating web sockets or API payloads to artificially inject false XP, scores, or bypass rate limits.
• Harassing other players or abusing the AI chat assistant system.

• Violation of these protocols will result in immediate IP banning and automatic containment in the Robot Prison quarantine protocol.

5. Celestify Audio Engine Distribution

The Celestify music application, packages (APK, EXE, DEB, RPM, Arch), and associated documentation are distributed through our authenticated download page:

• License: Granted for personal, non-commercial private enjoyment.
• As-Is Warranty Disclaimer: The software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind regarding suitability for a particular audio hardware setup or uninterrupted operation.
• Redistribution: You may not modify and resell Celestify software packages or misrepresent ownership of the codebase.

6. Availability & Maintenance Protocol

The platform operator reserves the right to suspend or place the website into Maintenance Mode at any time without prior warning to perform architectural updates, security hardening, or database migrations. Active sessions may be gracefully terminated during protocol updates.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable French and European law, Celestify Hub and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, games, or software releases.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
